Physicians

The Medical Director and 3 Attending Physicians are available to serve the residents’ medical needs.  The Home’s 4 physicians visit regularly and provide emergency coverage.  Families wishing to connect directly with the Home’s physician should speak with the Registered Nursing Staff to make arrangements.

Residents can retain their own personal physician provided the physician signs an agreement with the Home and comply with all the requirements set forward for medical care in the Long Term Care Homes Act.  For further information contact the Director of Nursing or the Director of Social Work, Program and Support Services.
